During the discovery phase, we conducted user research to understand the needs and pain points of potential customers. We interviewed current clients, potential clients, and competitors to gather information about the massage therapy industry and what users were looking for in a website.

We found that potential clients often had trouble finding information about the services offered, and had difficulty booking appointments. Many users also expressed a desire for a more visually appealing website.
