Indulge in the sweetness of a Cupcake logo design

Client: Delish Cupcakes

My client, a local cupcake store, approached me with a need for a new logo that better represents their brand values and appeals to their target audience. They had identified several problems with their current online presence, including poor navigation, lack of visual appeal, and no online ordering capability. To address these problems, they were looking for a fresh and modern logo that would stand out in the market and resonate with their customers. Research and Analysis

The client, a local cupcake store, approached us with a need for a new logo that represents their brand values and appeals to their target audience. During the research and analysis phase, we studied the current market trends, the competitors’ branding, and the store’s brand values. We also conducted user research to understand the preferences and expectations of the target audience.

Sketching and Ideation

Based on our research findings, I began the sketching and ideation process, where we generated several concept sketches for the new logo. We experimented with various design elements, including typography, imagery, and color schemes. The goal was to create a design that reflects the store’s values, stands out in the market, and resonates with the target audience.

Refinement and Finalization

After the sketching and ideation phase, I refined the designs and selected the most promising concepts for further development. We explored different layouts, typography, and color schemes and refined the design to achieve a balance between legibility, visual appeal, and brand representation. Sharing the final designs with the client for feedback and incorporated their suggestions into the final design.

Color Selection

For the color selection, we chose pastel pinkish colors that represent the sweetness and delicacy of cupcakes while also adding a modern touch. We used different shades of pink to create a subtle gradient effect, adding depth and interest to the logo.

Final Deliverables

The final deliverables designs in various formats, including high-resolution vector files, color palette, and style guide. The style guide contained guidelines for the use of the logo, typography, and color scheme to ensure consistency and coherence across different brand touchpoints.
