I worked closely with the client to understand their vision, and we created a custom website that was both visually stunning and met the best user experience for their customers.

Project Summary

The project aims to improve the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of an online bakery website to increase customer engagement, sales, and overall satisfaction.


During the discovery phase, user research was conducted to understand the current website’s strengths and weaknesses, as well as the needs and pain points of the target audience. Surveys, user interviews, and website analytics were used to gather data.

The Problem

  • Poor navigation and organization of products, making it difficult for customers to find what they are looking for
  • Lack of clear calls to action, resulting in low conversion rates
  • Confusing product descriptions and pricing, leading to customer uncertainty and abandoned shopping carts
  • Limited mobile responsiveness, causing difficulty for customers accessing the site on their phones

Business Problem

Design Process
  • Conducted user research and gathered data to understand the target audience and their needs.
  • Created personas to represent the main user groups of the website.
  • Created a user flow diagram to understand the steps and interactions of the users with the website.
  • Created wireframes and mockups to represent different design solutions.
  • Conducted user testing to gather feedback on the designs and make further improvements.
  • Created high-fidelity designs and developed the website using responsive web design techniques to ensure optimal display on different devices.
